2024 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2024 is from Thursday, May 16, 2024, through Wednesday May 29, 2024.

Open Enrollment is the time for you to:

  • Verify your dependents
  • Verify your dental and vision plan
  • Check your supplemental life insurance coverage amounts or sign up for supplemental life insurance.  (Be sure to also check your beneficiary as well.)
  • Verify your legal plan enrollment or sign up if you’d like.

  • Starting July 1, 2024 the dependent age qualification will change.  You will be able to cover your unmarried dependents up to age 26 for dental and vision.

You can enroll online @myohio.gov or download the form

  • To enroll and/or make changes to your dental or vision plans, please enroll at MyOhio.gov.
  • Supplemental Life Insurance– is a critical part of your financial wellness because it helps protect your hard-earned assets and provides additional financial security for your loved ones.
  • Login | Prudential | BenSelect

To register or login, enter your Social Security Number and your personal identification number (PIN).
Your PIN is a combination of the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the 2-digit year of your birth.
For example, if the last 4 digits of your SSN are 3214 and you were born on September 21, 1968, your Pin would be “321468”.
