2026 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2026 is from Thursday, May 7, 2026, through Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The Open Enrollment Guide is now on the website under forms and information. The guides will also be mailed to your home address. New benefit for ACTIVE UNION members is Pet Insurance.
Open Enrollment is the time for you to:
- Verify your dependents
- Check your supplemental life insurance coverage amounts or sign up for supplemental life insurance. (Be sure to also check your beneficiary as well.)
- Verify your legal plan enrollment or sign up if you’d like.
You can enroll online @myohio.gov
- To enroll and/or make changes to your dental or vision plans, please enroll at MyOhio.gov.
- Supplemental Life Insurance– is a critical part of your financial wellness because it helps protect your hard-earned assets and provides additional financial security for your loved ones.

To register or login, enter your Social Security Number and your personal identification number (PIN).
Your PIN is a combination of the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the 2-digit year of your birth.
For example, if the last 4 digits of your SSN are 3214 and you were born on September 21, 1968, your Pin would be “321468”.
